144-room hotel, complete with restaurant, meeting rooms, fitness room, SPA wellness center with swimming pools.
DESCRIPTION
Realization of electrical, special, air conditioning, thermal and water sanitary systems. The project also involved home automation systems, interactive TV and full LED lighting. Designed and executed in compliance with LEED protocols. Exploitation of renewable energy thanks to a groundwater geothermal system.
