Restoration of a 4 stars hotel and transformation in a 5 stars luxury hotel.
DESCRIPTION
Realization of air conditioning, fire prevention, thermal and water sanitary systems. Realization of electrical, special, data and fire prevention systems on the ground floor.
The intervention involved a part of the hotel at the beginning. During the work of restoration, also the ground floor has been an important renovation.
A part of the hotel was in function during works.
